Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RepCast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

RepCast is available to licensed or otherwise qualified tradespeople operating legally within Canada. By registering, you represent that you have the right to offer the services you list on your profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow others to use your account. Notify us immediately at support@repcast.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate access to RepCast
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant RepCast a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it as part of your profile and in platform marketing.

RepCast facilitates connections between homeowners and technicians but is not a party to any transaction or service agreement between them. You are solely responsible for the quality and legality of the services you provide.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@repcast.com.

RepCast is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepCast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RepCast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
